The School as a Place For the Study of the Profession

Introduction and aim: The article is about the professional orientation of the Gori region in the light of the activities and results of the analysis. We will discuss the students' perspective on enterprises, companies, with their specifications; Their desires and interests in industrial practice in the planning and implementation process.
Research methodology: Quantitative Survey.
Results and implications: The article describes the transitional promotions of vocational training into the dual system. In November 2016, the students of the vour private schools of Gori on two days in various companies. These companies were Hypermarket "Goodwill", restaurants, a factory for juice production, hotels and the greenhouses of Gori. During this period the students were supervised by employees of the company. From these, they received references and small practical examples which they should fulfill. On the first day, a "shading day", the students have observed work processes, asked questions and received answers.
Conclusion: Nowadays there is a particularly problematic transition in vocational education and training to the dual system in our country. In order to get a Balans in Georgia, between labor market, unemployed young people and the common interests of the private sector, we must change in the various aspects of the paradigms, which are directly linked to the professional orientation as well as the professional education sector. In order to ensure this, the transfer of educational institutions and the economy should be supported. Such a transition is the task of professional counseling, career orientation and career planning.
