Usability Usage Issues

Introduction and aim: Usability means effective usage of program guaranteeing, as well as conveniences, quality factor and, the methods which were used during its processing. Problems are seen while working with useful recourses, and they are dealt with convenient and comfortable usage of program guaranteeing (E. g loading period of website, convenient means of navigation, optimal structure of resource, usability effectiveness, and so on, through this user finds necessary information. Main problem of usability usage is synchronizing of the user’s attention with system activity.
Research methodology: Let’s emphasize following features of effective usability: simple navigation, efficiency, perception, mistakes made by the users and its influence of process relation, satisfaction of request. Usability is the main source through which user has relation with a system. It is essential to distinguish professional user (person, who carries out his professional activities in front of computer) from user – for whom the computer communication is so called - voluntary. The first category has adaptation means of usability, time and motivation, that’s why he is less sensitive toward such issues. As for the second category, he has more option for choosing and if usability is not convenient, he does not spent much time and effort on relation with mechanism acquisition.
Results and implications: The user starts communication with the environment though usability. Our perception depends on motivation (Gibson. “Ecological approach to perception toward psychology), that’s why conceptual design of the usability should be based on the idea program guaranteeing and the concept. So the user perceives the signals and expectations that are based on a variety of actions implemented. Keeping balance is also essential:
- between the interactive possibilities of the program and its expressive means of the difficulty;
- among functional program, possibilities of manipulate and artistic portray.
Because of the fact that, the efficient use of usability is increasing, issues which are dealt with usability are very important.
Conclusion: Any type of usability creates a sense of psychological comfort for the user. While creating usability should be:
Processed usability system of elements, the concept of peculiar interaction, with the study the user will be able to do what he needs;
- Found all the separate elements, as well as their groups imaging adjusting form;
- Elected imaging style, which will be easily identifiable and aesthetically perceptible.
