Students Loyalty in Georgian Higher Educational Institutions (Case of International Black Sea University)

Introduction and aim: In the 21st century, increasing need, enhancing quality of education in higher educational institutions has caused the high interest of researchers to study the influence of quality of educational services on students’ satisfaction and loyalty. Student loyalty is one of the major goals of educational institutions. From a marketing perspective, student loyalty is a key objective for numerous higher education institutions since a loyal student population is a source of competitive advantage which encourages further collaboration between university and former students. Loyalty is not created easily, but when it is created, it will last for a long time which can be one of the strongest point for creating sustainable future of the university.

The specific purpose of this research is to analyze linking between student loyalty to student satisfaction, student trust and student social identification to the institution.
