Introduction and aim: Rational planning and structuring of learning courses is an important aspect while working on any education program as well as Medical Curriculum. and it is more crucial for Integrated Medical curriculum.

Integrated Medical curriculum is a new challenge for Georgian educational space, but already has supporters and opponents as well.

We can define how well this integrated curriculum works based on students' surveys and by analizing integrated modules assessments.

The aim of our research was to avaluate the adventages and disadventages of integrated medical curriculum based on implementation of several programs.

Research methodology: To achieve this goal, we carried out surveys and interviewed the academic and administrative staff who were involved in the program and analyzed students assessment results.

Results and implications: According of our research, it is important for the student to imagine patients as a whole organism together with clinical space. Hence, it is necessary to integrate basic, biomedical, clinical disciplines and clinical practice, for seeing the relevance between them. What is more, it is important to consider patients as a part of ambulant or stationary and healthcare system in general, which makes it necessary to include these components in the first year of education with few doses.

According to our oppinion, integration which is carried out only on the level of basic scienses is less effective.

Conclusion: In conclusion, implementation of Integrated curriculum in reality is a difficult and complex issue, thus, meeting of program liders and implementators, sharing their experience with each other, would be more useful for each of us, and it would play an important role in contribution to the improvment of a medical education.
