Perception Peculiarities of Monitoring and Assessing Individual Work From Teacher’s and Student’s Perspective

Introduction and aim: The article deals with students’ and teachers’ perception of different forms of monitoring and assessing students’ individual work, their aspiration and motivation. As a result of the analysis of the study based on VSU experience some factors influencing the perception of monitoring and assessing individual work were set out.

Research methodology: Observation, survey, focus group, quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Results and implications: Тhe perception of independent-work students are different. The main barriers are related to how students adjust, installations, especially the relationship with the teachers, the monitoring and evaluation of policies.

Conclusion: The students' independent work of effective and assessment of impact on personal specialization orient students, contributes to the development of educational motivation.
